moker trying to quit will reach for their cigarettes and once this happens, they may well end up at square one. There are numerous quit smoking products available that all make huge claims to help a smoker quit but few have the ability to relieve the nicotine withdrawal symptoms. The Nicocure quit smoking patch claims that it is successful because it removes or greatly reduces nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Before deciding on Nicocure as a possible quit smoking product, you need to understand what nicotine is, what withdrawal symptoms a smoker can expect when quitting, why a smoker gets cravings, and how Nicocure fights these cravings. Nicotine is the substance responsible for fooling your brain into releasing a pleasure chemical called Dopamine and nicotine receptors on your nerve endings receive the Dopamine and create happy nerve cells. Nicotine is a powerful and addictive stimulant and because nicotine stimulates Dopamine production, the nicotine high, in a sense, is a natural high. Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances on Earth and nicotine addiction is both physical and psychological. Nicotine addiction is the main reason for people continuing smoking while understanding it's harmful and you will have a much better chance of quitting if you can eliminate or relieve the withdrawal symptoms.

Because nicotine is so addictive, removing your normal source can lead to nicotine withdrawal symptoms and while a small percentage of the population does not have these symptoms, for the majority, this is the reason why they fail to quit. If you have quit caffeine in the past, you know that withdrawal symptoms from any sort of drug are not very pleasant and if you are addicted to nicotine, then the cravings can be extreme. Many quit smoking products work by using nicotine replacement therapy which basically means that the product will supply nicotine to a smokers body from an alternate source. While this will help to eliminate the cravings associated with nicotine withdrawal, nicotine is what you need to eliminate from your body to truly stop the cravings. Because of this fact, nicotine replacement therapy products are self defeating. It all comes down to the fact that to quit smoking you eventually have to get off the nicotine and if you decide to go cold turkey, the cravings will start to diminish within 10 days. Unfortunately, many smokers cant make it through these 10 days of withdrawal without lighting up again. The Nicocure quit smoking patch claims that it will solve this problem.

Nicocure is based upon one primary ingredient, which is lobelia inflate and Nicocure claims that it works in a completely scientific manner by feeding the nicotine receptor cells in your body with the same sensation provided by nicotine by replicating the properties which effectively fools your body into thinking you are getting nicotine. While you are not actually getting any nicotine, your body thinks you are and this supposedly helps to eliminate or reduce the cravings for nicotine. Nicocure claims that most people feel the cravings for nicotine completely disappear within the first 10 days while wearing the patch and as each day passes, they notice fewer cravings for cigarettes. Nicocure also claims that another advantage of its main ingredient is its ability to make tobacco products taste unpleasant, which also helps to reduce cravings for cigarettes. Nicocure also says that while wearing its patch, the herbal ingredients go directly into the blood stream which provides continuous all day relief from the withdrawal symptoms and allows the body to start healing after smoking. Nicocure states that other than the typ

ical withdrawal symptoms that accompany nicotine withdrawal, you will not experience any side effects if you smoke or use chewing tobacco while taking Nicocure unless you continue to smoke while wearing there patch. Nicocure also suggests that eating fresh citrus and drinking lots of clear water will combat cigarette cravings. Nicocure claims to have been effective with over 97% of those who try it, but like other herbal remedies, it is not recommended for women how are pregnant or nursing babies. Nicocure also states that it contains no sugar and will not react with insulin in any way and contains no drugs except for the natural herbal remedies that it advertises.

Smoking is responsible for disorders in all parts of the body, including the digestive system, respiratory system, and can even cause emotional problems. All smokers recognize the reasons why they should quit and most have a strong desire to do so if they could find a product or aid that would make it happen. Nicocure states that you will crave fewer cigarettes every day and the withdrawal symptoms will be milder due to the natural nicotine substitute, which helps you shake the nicotine habit gradually and that their formula is completely herbal and all-natural. While most quit smoking products will make claims that they are the only product that works, doing a search on the internet about Nicocure will show that there are some positive reviews stating that people have experienced success while using this product.

Statistics indicate that over 70 per cent of smokers want to quit. So what's stopping them? For many, the idea of going through withdrawal symptoms long enough to send hand snaking towards the Camel pack. In reality, the pain is much less than people fear. But how long do they last?

Quitting smoking is like having an addiction to reverse it is important to understand the process of nicotine addiction. Scientists used to think addiction was a long processtaking up to a year. Now they have come to recognize that it begins with the first puff when nicotine enters the brain.

Nicotine is a psychoactive drug causing changes in brain chemistry. The researchers found that nicotine takes over the reward pathways. They are part of an area of the brain that rewards good behavior and useful with a sense of fun. It does this by stimulating the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter.

The brain learns the absorption of nicotine is good andremembers the sensation of smoking as pleasant. Nicotine actually causes changes in brain chemistry. So when the smoker stops smoking and nicotine intake is stopped, the brain requires a period of adjustment to return to normal. During this period, the ex-smoker feels the pangs of the need for tobacco.

If the blood is free of nicotine within 100 hours of the last cigarette, when these brain changes are canceled is the ex-smoker truly free of physical dependence tonicotine. It is a gradual process and there is much that two to three weeks or so. But the physical component is not the only danger.

Mental addiction is another facet of the cigarette that makes quitting so difficult. This means associating smoking with regular activities, places and situations. It is the aspect of "habit" of smoking. Examples include coffee morning, after breakfast with a beer at the pub. All the daily routines of pleasure associated withlighting a cigarette.

During this crucial period of vigilance is necessary because the desire to smoke can resurface unexpectedly. So what to do when this happens? The pain of nicotine withdrawal can be likened to an itch waiting to be scratched. So the thing to do is scratch, without using cigarettes. Cigarette cravings - How long before Cravings Stop After leaving

When we finally decided to quit, one of the first things on our minds is how to cope with cravings for cigarettes. There is good reason for this - the nicotine is one of the most addictive drug in the world. Especially since even heroin and cocaine! At the top of the chemical dependency that we are all there is the psychological dependence. It is mainly used emotional that we are learning to depend on a cigarette for a (false) sense of relief to some perceivedstressor.

Today, there are more products available to quit smoking than ever. As desires are your biggest obstacle to quitting, it is natural that most of these products focus on this aspect. Unfortunately, most fail in their design - sometimes even make things worse. The two key ingredients of cigarette cravings are the following:

1. Nicotine addiction and chemical dependency

The first problem we usually encounter when quitting is the lack of nicotine. 15minutes after our last cigarette, our level of nicotine in the blood begins to decrease, and we urge to start again. 40 minutes after our last cigarette, the nicotine levels in the brain has totally diminished. Thus, most people are about an hour without a cigarette.

When you quit, cravings and withdrawal symptoms gradually increase for about 3 days, when they advanced. Cravings then remains stable between 2 weeks and a month.

The symptoms of nicotine withdrawalinclude:

Intense cravings for cigarettes (obviously)
Anxiety
Irritability and similar emotions
Headache and nausea
Trouble concentrating and sleeping, drowsiness
Increased appetite (due to changes in blood sugar)

2. Psychological Addiction

A much more complex problem, and where many "quit smoking" utterly fail in their approach, it is with our psychological dependence. It is one that can cause a quitter success of 10 years for a cigaretteand start chain smoking. The problem is emotional dependence on a substance to relieve stress.

In our youth, many of us started smoking under peer pressure of some kind. It was cool, we are in, we seemed "more mature". As time passed, life has continued, we "learned" to cope with some of our stress and problems of 'lighting up'. The feeling of instant relief brought by a puff of cigarette wrong brain into believing that it made us feel better about the problems that we thoughtcould do nothing. Years of habit forms very strong emotional and physical memories in our neural circuitry. We never really forget, but they fade as time passes.

Many of us find the most powerful psychological dependence than nicotine. We can get by chemical dependency by distracting themselves somehow. But "unlearning" to reach for a cigarette when we want to feel better is much more difficult - especially if we face a heavy daily stress or depressionquestions.

Any success depends to quit all the factors involved in smoking.
