Stop Smoking Symptom - Withdrawal and side effects

When you stop smoking it is a good chance that you experience a symptom quit smoking or both. They are caused by the effects of nicotine withdrawal and side effects of changes in your body not to breathe the toxins in tobacco smoke.

You are in a state of nicotine withdrawal and, as mentioned above, your brain is bathed in high oxygen, low blood sugar that is not used. For the same reason that the mood swings, you may also suffer from insomnia because of nicotine withdrawal. To overcome this problem, use any methods that you can think of to help you relax, includingavoiding stimulants like tea or coffee after about 6pm.
